1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• 1.4You may hold only one (1) account on the dd345 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• 1.5You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed or imposed by dd345, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point while the account remains open.

3. Account Registration and Security

The registration of an account on dd345 creates a contractual relationship between you and dd345. The following provisions apply to all registered accounts:

• 2.1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. dd345 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
• 2.2You must notify dd345 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, that your password has been compromised, or that any suspicious activity has occurred on your account.
• 2.3dd345 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by dd345 to complete such verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• 2.5All accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transaction through your account. Sharing account access is a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dd345 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• 3.3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. dd345 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 3.4Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes of approval, subject to standard platform verification procedures. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 3.5dd345 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits as specified from time to time in the Platform's cashier section. Any applicable limits will be clearly displayed prior to submission of a withdrawal request.
• 3.6dd345 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where a regulatory enquiry is pending. Any funds withheld during such a review will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dd345 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• 4.2The dd345 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. To be eligible, players must register a new account, complete any required KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳200.
• 4.3Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in any manner other than that specified in the applicable promotion terms.

• 4.5Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting patterns, or any form of collusion with other players, will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended pending investigation.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the dd345 Platform:

• 5.1All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed, except in circumstances where dd345 identifies a manifest error in the displayed odds.
• 5.2dd345 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity, or where the event was settled using erroneous data.
• 5.3In the event of a technical failure during the placement or settlement of a bet, dd345 will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the bet and settle it correctly. Where this is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

• 5.5Winnings from casino games are credited to your real-money balance immediately upon settlement by the game provider. Live casino game results are final and determined by the game provider's certified RNG or live dealing systems, and are not subject to dispute on grounds of outcome unfairness.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd345 Platform. A breach of any of the following prohibitions will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• 6.1Registering more than one account on the dd345 Platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited.
• 6.2Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house is strictly prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd345's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 9.1dd345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if dd345 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 9.2dd345 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. dd345 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dd345's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by dd345's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

dd345 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. The following provisions apply to account suspension and termination:

• 10.1dd345 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• 10.2You may close your dd345 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification.
• 10.3Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, dd345 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is reasonably connected to the breach (for example, where funds were obtained through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity).
